TERMS AND CONDITIONSPOLICIES OF GUARANTEE AND DEPOSITAll room reservations at Posada Soltepec Operator Services, S. de R.L. de C.V. must be guaranteed and confirmed via email. In order to guarantee the reservation it is necessary for the customer to pay at least the first night, either by credit card or bank deposit. In the case that more than one night has been hired, the total days of the reservation will be required at the day of the customer arrival. * During some seasons, there are special rates, so the hotel may require the payment of a deposit or the total reservation in order to guarantee the same (in the above cases the hotel will let the costumer know timely). CANCELLATION POLICY.If the customer cancels the reservation, this will be done with at least eight days before the date hired to arrival, in the case of not having done this way will be charged as penalty for cancellation the deposit made in advanced. In the cases refered to the application of the back guarantee by cancellation, this will be made by bank transfer and will be charged by the concept of expenditure 6% bank fee on that amount. When the booking is about more than one night and it has made the guarantee payment (first night) by bank cash deposit without ensuring the rest of the reservation by bank credit card, in the event that the customer does not arrive the day the date agreed to before 8:00 p.m and do not cancel in accordance with this policy, the hotel will be canceled the reservation and may use the respective room.
